No appropriations were included for FY 2027.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The IAC will publish procedures for the program in 2027 and distribute them to qualifying Nonpublic Special Education Schools. <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c6d61e5 elementor-align-center elementor-widget elementor-widget-button\" data-id=\"c6d61e5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"button.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-button-wrapper\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-button elementor-button-link elementor-size-sm elementor-animation-grow\" href=\"https:\/\/mgaleg.maryland.gov\/mgawebsite\/Legislation\/Details\/hb0854?ys=2026RS\" target=\"_blank\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-button-content-wrapper\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-button-text\">Read the bill<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-65c28e9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"65c28e9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nonpublic Special Education Schools may qualify for construction funding via the <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/iac.mdschoolconstruction.org\/?page_id=752\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nonpublic Aging Schools Progra<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">m (NASP)<\/span><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in FY 2027.
