The Innovation Incentive Pilot Program

The Innovation Incentive Pilot Program (IIPP) is established in Education Article §5-323 and was intended to provide incentives to encourage public school systems to pursue innovative public school facility construction projects. The Pilot Program was limited to Harford County, Prince George’s County, and Washington County and was in effect until June 30, 2023.
