FY 2025 Capital Improvement Program 75% Allocations
In accordance with Maryland law (Education Article §5-304(b)(5), Annotated Code of Maryland), On or before December 31 of each year, the Interagency Commission shall approve public school construction projects that comprise 75% of the preliminary school construction allocation, determined under § 8-113 of the State Finance and Procurement Article, for the following year.
FY 2024 Capital Improvement Program 100% Allocations
In accordance with Maryland law (Education Article §5-304(b)(5), Annotated Code of Maryland), on or after May 1 each year, the Interagency Commission shall approve 100% of the school construction allocation included in the capital budget bill as enacted. The IAC met this requirement for FY 2024 on May 11, 2023.

FY 2023 Capital Improvement Program 100% Allocations
